Fantastic vintage Montreal Canadiens themed youth hockey uniform grouping circa 1940's to 50's, including a turtleneck sweater, something that would have been ordered from the Eaton's catalogue from the same era that inspired Roch Carrier's "Hockey Sweater". It is in very nice shape and definitely one of the better ones I've had in terms of condition, it does not have the usual mothholes and the felt crest is in much better than average condition too. There is some general wear and light soiling. This measures about 20" long vertically not including the turtleneck collar and 15" from pit to pit. Also included in the lot, in Canadiens colors: 1) a pair of 16" CCM knee/shin pads (typical wear including some loose or missing stitching, scuffs, staining from use, owners name on reverse of one), 2) a pair of hockey socks 28" long matching the sweater (numerous holes of various sizes), and rarest of all (I've seen very few of these over the years) 3) Cooper Weeks quilted Canadiens hockey pants size 30 (missing two of the lace eyelets in the front,the lace itself, again typical wear from use, a tear in the fabric at the back but highly presentable and rare!) Please rely on photos and ask any questions you may have. These would make an amazing shadow box display.
